Q. My shipment didn't arrive within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout. What's going on?
A. Please note, the delivery timeframe begins after your order is processed. We aim to process orders on the same day, but during high volume periods, processing can take up to 5-7 days. For international orders, customs and other factors may delay your package. Typically, US orders arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends), while international orders usually take 1-4 weeks depending on your country.
